With a degree in Integrated Design, Romas leads NAMENAME’s strategic work. His exploration of the impact of arts and humanities in leadership, led him to study in Bremen and Paris, join the postgraduate research program of Civic City (Geneva think tank), and the executive leadership program at Amsterdam’s THNK School of Creative Leadership. He is currently completing a PhD at the European Graduate School, Switzerland.
